We are looking for a candidate with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Merchandising Excellence Manager. This role oversees the development and execution of North American market activation materials across brands, geographies and channels. The Merchandising Excellence Manager will partner with key internal and external stakeholders to translate brand plans to effective shopper marketing materials that drive successful activation and ensure we meet NAOU’s growth objectives.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to develop strategic merchandising solutions that deliver best in class execution, build brand equity and drive commercial Picture of Success (i.e. ambient equipment, print POP, displays, racks, premiums).
- Provide subject matter expertise to suppliers and agencies to guide the creation of concepts through ideation, production and market activation.

Steward and showcase merchandising solutions within key System routines to drive inspirational activation by bottler and customer teams.- Foster collaboration while driving complex decision making, working through differing points of view, and maintaining resilience to deliver results.
- Leverage system scale to deliver savings, innovation, consistency, quality and commercial execution excellence.
- Complete cost/benefit analysis of program elements against System objectives and steward results through post-program analysis.
- Manage program timelines and budgets effectively.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 5 years of work experience leading marketing activations across geographies in a complex, global marketing environment.
- Experience in brand strategy and application across channels in local markets, as well as key consumption occasions, shopper messaging and methods of activation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (written and oral)
- Strong project / program management skills
Base Salary: $120,300 to $146,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
